The goods will be sent at customer/consignee's own risk and peril. Claims will be accepted as valid only within 8 days after receipt.
Our guarantee concerns just the parts produced by us: in any case they must be sent back to our company only on our authorization and only in case their defection depends exclusively by our working and prodution process, resulting non suitable. We deny any liability for any accident occurring during the use of the products we supplied. No remboursement or indemnity will be considered valid or due.
PRICES
The pricelist in Your hands is not binding and can be varied in any moment upon notice in case of variations in production costs.

The shipment of the objects can be by:

- Shipping agent
Shipping terms are non binding and possible delay will not be accepted as reason for remboursement or damages.
